![]() BENZ GP 1908This 120HP Benz GP car was built as the companies first entry into the French Gran Prix of 1908. Fritz Erle, Rene Hanriot and Victor Hamery drive in tandem to bring home international credibility to Carl Benz and his young auto company. We were able to acquire this piece of history from the British National Motor Museum and ship it two it's new American owner. Due to a favorable British Pound/US Dollar exchange rate we nearly doubled our initial profit.![]() LAMBORGHINI MUIRA S 1972The Muira S was the number one headturning, monster streetcar of it's day. We found a pair of these rare beauties in a privately held collection. They were prepared to as-new condition and sold to the Far East for world record price of $950,000 for the pair. These cars will enjoy continual appreciation as time goes on.![]() FERRARI F-40 1989Enzo Ferrari's last work of art. Just before his death Enzo foramlized the plans for this his last true design masterpiece. He passed away before prodution was complete. The initial plan was to built only 112 cars. We were able to obtain one of the first cars from the initial release of only 10. We took delivery of the car in Vaduz and sold it three hours later for a world record price of $1,112,500. The price dropped drastically when Ferrari increased production to keep up demand. Consequently, our world record price would have survived for some time if not for the sale of Nigil Mansell's F-40 at auction for $1,250,000. Buying limited production cars is always a risk. The factories are likely to increase production if sale are good undermining the overal value. |
